:)

Hey all you fine folks out there. So the other day, we had the opportunity to chat/visit/see Meriel and Natalie before they left to go back to North Carolina (where David currently is) with Monica! (for you who may not know, that's my sister...) :) It was quite a busy day though too I'd have to say. I got home from school and right from there I had to go to violin lessons (a first!) and after that my mother and I went and picked up some Chinese for the fam back at home! "Where'd you go to get that Chinese, China?!?!" -Monica :) aaaand of course when my mom and I got back, I just HAD to steal Natalie because she's such a cutie! I'd have to say, other than that, it was a pretty relaxing time after that...! Oh and I almost forgot to mention, I am so psyched because my mom and I joined the gym right up the road so I'm pretty woohoo about that!! (With it so close, I can't say I can't go because it's like RIGHT there!)
Getting a little sidetracked here..! My intention was to make a post on seeing Meriel and Natalie before they left, now I'm talking about the gym. Only goes to show really how easily I get distracted, which I think sometimes is a good thing! :)
So sitting here, thinking about what to say, I don't really have much to say (which is hard for some people to believe, I know...!) but I do believe I talk more in person. So I think I'll juuust stop now before I really get going!

Natalie Marie!

I am an auntie once again, to a beautiful little girl Natalie Marie! :) She was born on March 25 (just yesterday!) and weighed in on 8lbs 3 oz., 20.5 inches long. She is just one more reason why my life is so amazing! First I was blessed with honeyloves Isaac and now Natalie! This house has been waiting and waiting and now she's finally here!
I can't say I have much to write (like usual...!) so I'll just share some of the pictures from the evening.!

Welcome home!!

Today my brother Dave FINALLY came home from his 1st tour of duty in Afghanistan! He left in July and so we haven't seen him since then. I was able to go home early from school so I could see him when he came home, and boy was I excited!! I've been looking forward to this for a long long time! (along with everyone else!!) :) We made a pretty big WELCOME HOME DAVID banner for him and hung it in the front window outside, so it would be a warm welcome! Then tonight, we were all able to get together to have a party for him! :) I don't have much to say but I love you brother Dave and I am SO proud of all that he has done and will do for our country!
I was able to get a few snapshots from this afternoon and from the welcome home party tonight. In some photos, he is with his nephew Isaac who he hasn't seen for around 7 months, and a few others are with his wife Meriel. (who we all love dearly!) :)

There also happened to be a few more of a different pictures but oh well! :)
